At Macau Tobacco, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
For orders paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
